Jessica Pilar Rodríguez was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico. After graduating high school, she moved to the United States in order to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, New York. Upon completing her degree, she moved to Washington, D.C., where she worked at a small studio developing projects in print, exhibitions, web and interactive media. She holds a Master of Arts in Digital Arts and a Master of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore, Maryland. She has been teaching graphic design since 2006. Jessica loves bright colors, patterns, sugar and witty people.
