Jax Ohashi got his BFA in Industrial Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He fell in love with teaching art and design at fine arts summer camps in Michigan; Interlochen and Blue Lake. He attends Geroge Mason University for his Master’s in Fine Art. His work focuses on gender, humor, and speculative design. As a trans man with a background in design and anthropology, his art aims to examine and present the possibilities of being transgender in an understandable way.
