Hyung Park is a graphic designer specializing in Corporate Identity, Branding, and Marketing Strategies in printing and web media. While working as a key executive member (Art Director, Vice President of Communications, and Chief Creative Officer) at PSA (Professional Scientific Associates) and supervising on all the corporate communication collaterals, he transformed the graphic design and communication department into a design studio, and has provided creative services and design consultation for clients such as Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Justice, National Science Foundation, Office of Minority Health, The International Volleyball of Fame, USA Volleyball, USA Fencing, Festival Sports, Inc., International Bank of Chicago, etc. since 1999. While he was serving as the Art Director at the company, one of his works was selected as the Official Poster for the 50th Anniversary of the Korean War Commemoration and produced and exhibited internationally.

After 15 years of professional practices, realizing that the graphic design practice was not enough to educate the general public to understand the critical thinking and creative processes, he left the corporation in 2013, and opened a small art and design school in Centreville, VA, to pursue his dream. Since then, he has focused on educating young students and their parents for Critical Thinking and Creative Contents Development through Book design courses on top of teaching at the Corcoran School of Art and Design, George Washington University (since 2014), and George Mason University (since 2019). At the Corcoran School of Art, GWU, he has taught Design Fundamentals I, II, and Typography I, II, Professional Practices and Senior Thesis (advisor). At George Mason University, he has taught New Media in the Creative Arts and Digital Design Studio. Hyung holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Corcoran School of Art.
